Out West Louis Vuitton Petite Noe comes with leather braid work along the top rim and a new braided cinch strap to match. The leather side fringe
tapers down about 12 inches below the bag at its longest point. Also comes with a matching braided leather strap with a flat shoulder section added for comfort. Normally it comes at 46-47 inches. Added cinch conch options are available (email or text us for details).
